Another work lunch! This place has a large selection of food. Tried the lunch menu, flavor was not as great until I added salt and hot sauce, after that, flavor was okay. Not much to write about. Service was great.

Okay, Mexican restaurants are popping up all over the area. This is fine for us since we love Mexican food and love trying new restaurants; however, I think our one visit here will be our only visit. The food was bland and only mildly spiced. The chips and salsa were okay, but nothing special. Our youngest ordered a lemonade and didn't get a refill until he was almost done. We didn't want to waste the drink, especially at the cost. However, we asked for a to go cup and were shocked at the $0.50 charged for it.

Located at the edge of a strip mall in the northwestern suburbs of Cincinnati, this isn't the most authentic experience you'll find for Mexican cuisine. That said, the menu is sizable and what I had (Enchiladas Suizas) was quite well-made and tasty. Decently spiced (let's just say I had to request a water). Portions are big, reasonably priced, and there are many options for vegetarians or pescetarians (which the restaurant owner might view as one and the same, as a "shrimp chimichanga" is listed under the "Vegetarian" menu). The atmosphere is pretty spare and not terribly attractive. My friend and I opted to eat at the bar, which was comfortable enough, and the bartender and bar back were very friendly and attentive. They have great drink specials , of which I did not partake, given a 45-minute drive that followed. But $5 for a 32-ounce (or so) margarita? Sign me up when I have a designated driver! In short, was it my favorite Mexican restaurant ever? No. But I was impressed with the quality of my entree.

This was our first time eating here. It was good, but it wasn't the best Mexican food I've had. We were here at dinner time on a Tuesday and there was only one other couple eating. The chips were average and the refried beans were a bit runny (they reminded me a bit of a babies diaper). The chimichangas were good but a little on the bland side. I think I'll stick with El Mariachis in Hamilton for my Mexican dinners.

Best Mexican in West Chester/Liberty Township. Been here a half dozen times and the quality has always been good. Pass el Rancho and find this tucked behind Kroger.

Really good, probably best in local area, but I have not been to all of them. I have not tried any of the raw seafood items yet, ceviche and oysters are on the menu.

I love a good Mexican restaurant and this was the typical place you probably are looking for. We went a couple night ago a little on a Friday night, we got there about 730pm. The place did not looked packed but had several large tops and only a couple tables open though. So definitely a little more space in this place compared to some pack them in put the tables close together places. There was little delay in getting someone to notice us up at the hostess stand but not bad. They seated us and we gave her a drink and dip request right away. (Our eventual waiter was busy). We got my water but not beer or dip....no waiter. We noticed several waiters busy boys hostesses but it took quite awhile before we were approached ( and I can not really figure out what the delay was except I do not think the waiter knew we were his.) So we ordered some tacos and a big burritos and the beer again. Waiter and the rest of the night was spot on from then on. The salsa had some nice peppery flavor. Portions were good only reason it was four star was that the beginning service was slow and delayed. (A little confusion maybe). By the time we left the large tops were gone and the restaurant cleared out a lot we noticed there were a lot of workers not really organized so this might have been the problem earlier which made for our delays. We will definitely try it again as the menu varied and had a good selection. Oh ps it was loud inside to start and then got quieter as the larege groups peeled out.

This restaurant has opened, clean and bright, with plenty of menu items. I had lunch there - chicken enchiladas, heavy on the chicken. The salsa tastes fresh, and guacamole was offered and delicious. The large beers are HUGE. You will leave full. The service is friendly and pleasantly attentive. Enjoy!

We love the food and the service. Always great. Favorite dishes are the chicken or steak fajitas, fajita quesadillas, chicken sombroso, and the carnitas dinner. Their chips are perfect and love the Sangria with fruit. I've also had their chicken tortilla soup served in a huge bowl topped with avocado. Unbeatable! Kroger always has a coupon on the back of the receipt for $3 off lunch or $5 off dinner at Dos Amigos. So happy they are in Liberty Township.

The service here is great and attentive, the food is good and some pieces are actually great. I would not drive here from Downtown, but it is definitely the best Mexican to be found near West Chester.

Not impressed, service terrible, food bland and daughter's taco salad came with a bug on the side

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
